THE FOLLOWING POLICY GOVERNS YOUR USE OF THE CENTER FOR SIGHT & HEARING (CENTER) WEBSITE AND THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS BY YOU THROUGH THIS WEBSITE. BY USING THIS WEBSITE TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH THE CENTER, YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING POLICY. THIS POLICY IS IN ADDITION TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS PUBLISHED ON THE CENTER’S WEBSITE.
Payments are made by credit card only. The Center reserves the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. Credit card payments are subject to approval of the financial institution issuing the credit card. The Center is not liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason. The Center may require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
The Center accepts all major credit cards. All financial transactions conducted on the Center’s website are processed in US currency.
The Center has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price due to typographical errors, including orders that have been confirmed and your credit card account has been charged. If you are charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, the Center will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.
Product availability is not guaranteed. The Center reserves the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products. If there is any revision and/or discontinuation of a product(s), the Center will contact you to discuss alternatives.
In Stock Items
In stock items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Items may be on backorder if there is a delay from the manufacturer, in which case they cannot be shipped within 1 or 2 business days. Items on backorder will ship when the Center receives the item(s) from the manufacturer.
Shipping and Delivery
The Center is not responsible for any shipping or delay problems. Once items are shipped, your chosen carrier is responsible for any delays or damages.
Products purchased via the Center’s Online Store can be returned to the Center within 10 business days after the delivery date. The product being returned must be in resalable condition and include all materials including the outer box, CDs, cables, and any manuals that shipped with the product. Any returned merchandise with obvious signs of wear and tear and/or missing items or accessories will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense. Before returning a product, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. If the product purchased from the Center is incorrect or defective, a replacement is sent subject to availability or a refund is issued upon customer request.
Due to health, hygienic and safety regulations, products which relate to personal hygiene are non-refundable and non-returnable. Non-refundable and non-returnable products are noted in the product description.
All Illinois residents are charged the current state sales tax rate.
